THE PROJECT

The problem

Patients need to find consultations, exams, preparation instructions and booking options from a mobile device, without navigating internal clinical software.

My contribution

As the clinic's founder, I translated service and patient needs into the website's structure and implemented the site with AI-assisted development tools.

Engineering decision

The public information website is separate from the clinic's internal management system. Shared templates keep service and booking paths consistent across pages.

IMPLEMENTATION

What I built

• Responsive service pages, patient guidance, location information and direct paths to online or WhatsApp booking.
• A Node.js build pipeline generating static pages from shared templates and service content.
• Search metadata, structured content and reusable calls to action.
• Analytics and campaign attribution configuration for observing the patient acquisition journey.
• Static deployment with reusable build configuration and documented site publishing workflows.

Outcome and current stage

A live public website with consultation and exam discovery, preparation guidance and booking links. Conversion improvements are not quantified without analytics evidence.
