Implemented MVP; commercial launch pending

THE PROJECT

The problem

DEZIA explores a lending journey backed by an Android device. The product needs a clear public application flow and controlled internal operations before any commercial launch.

My contribution

I designed and implemented the MVP with AI-assisted tools, covering the public website, simulation and pre-application, administrative workflows and customer portal.

Engineering decision

The MVP keeps payment confirmation and device release under explicit operator control. External providers, commercial conditions and launch checks remain distinct from implemented software capabilities.

IMPLEMENTATION

What I built

  • Next.js public website and a multi-step simulation and pre-application flow.
  • NestJS API, Prisma data model and shared Zod contracts in a TypeScript monorepo.
  • Lead management, administrative roles, audit history and customer access through one-time codes.
  • Idempotency for submissions and auditable payment confirmation workflows; unit and end-to-end test tooling.

Outcome and current stage

A working local MVP spanning acquisition, internal operations and customer self-service. The project documentation records remaining provider, operational and commercial launch requirements.

Private source repository. Screenshots and selected implementation details are shared without exposing customer records or private code.
