THE PROJECT
The problem
A clinic's operational software must coordinate service catalogs, prices, staff permissions and appointments while preserving the history and meaning of legacy records.
My contribution
I built the replacement system for Clínica DEZ with AI-assisted development, combining operational knowledge of the clinic with backend and frontend implementation.
Engineering decision
Catalog registration and public appointment availability are separate actions. Legacy import issues are preserved for review rather than silently promoting ambiguous data.
IMPLEMENTATION
What I built
- Laravel API with PostgreSQL for service catalogs, appointments, administrative users and audit records.
- React and TypeScript applications for the team, public scheduling, queue display and patient portal shell.
- Legacy catalog import and reconciliation, retaining unresolved records for explicit review.
- Idempotent appointment booking, role-based administration and before-and-after audit history.
Outcome and current stage
An implemented clinic software ecosystem with documented API contracts, migration workflows and tested local user journeys. Production rollout is not asserted from repository evidence alone.
Private source repository. Screenshots and selected implementation details are shared without exposing customer records or private code.
